Booking & Payment

Booking requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed until accepted by Teddy's Dog Haus.

Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Boarding

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Doggie Daycare

  • Cancellations made 3 days or more before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the booking are non-refundable.

If a stay ends early, unused nights or daycare days are non-refundable.

Vaccination Requirements

For the safety of all dogs, proof of current vaccinations is required before your dog's first stay.

Required vaccinations:

  • Rabies

  • DHPP (Distemper/Parvo combination)

  • Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

Owners are responsible for ensuring vaccinations remain current.

Flea & Tick Prevention

Dogs must arrive free of fleas, ticks, and contagious illnesses.

Dogs showing signs of illness or infestation may be refused entry for the safety of other guests.

Spayed & Neutered Dogs

Dogs over 12 months of age should be spayed or neutered unless previously discussed and approved.

Female dogs that are in heat, or expected to come into heat during their stay, cannot be accepted.

Health & Medication

Owners must disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or behavioral concerns before booking.

Medication can be administered when clear written instructions are provided.

Emergency Veterinary Care

If your dog becomes ill or is injured during their stay, Teddy's Dog Haus will make every reasonable effort to contact you.

If immediate veterinary care is necessary and you cannot be reached, you authorize Teddy's Dog Haus to obtain treatment from a licensed veterinarian.

Owners are responsible for all veterinary costs incurred.

Behavior

Dogs must be friendly with people and other dogs.

Any history of aggression, biting, or dangerous behavior must be disclosed before booking.

Teddy's Dog Haus reserves the right to refuse or end a stay if a dog presents a safety risk.

Personal Belongings

Owners may bring food, medications, and one or two comfort items.

While every effort is made to care for personal belongings, Teddy's Dog Haus is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Photos & Social Media

We love sharing photos of our guests enjoying their stay.

Unless requested otherwise, you grant Teddy's Dog Haus permission to use photos and videos of your dog on our website and social media.

Liability

While every reasonable precaution is taken to provide a safe, caring environment, owners acknowledge that interactions between dogs carry inherent risks.

By booking with Teddy's Dog Haus, you agree not to hold Teddy's Dog Haus liable for illness, injury, loss, or death resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, except where caused by negligence.

Agreement

By submitting a booking request, you confirm that:

  • The information provided is accurate.

  • Your dog meets the stated vaccination requirements.

  • You have disclosed any medical or behavioral concerns.

  • You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
